Clubhouse Renovations- - -
The Clubhouse makeover includes new cabinets,
appliances, carpet.

One of the only diving boards in Gwinnett County
neighborhood pools.
A water tube/slide that children of all ages can enjoy.
Planned activities year-round, such as adults-only
Mexican Night, holiday cook-outs, Halloween Party for kids,
senior potlucks, Ladies Night Out. Family Camping, and many
more.
Sand volleyball court, basketball, handball/wall bail,
tennis courts, multi-use field, and shaded parking.
Two play sets - on each inside and outside fenced pool
area for the kids to play safely.
Out of town guests are free
Newly renovated clubhouse available for party/event
rental.
BBQ grills free anytime for parties or family dinner.
A large pavilion with electricity, ceiling fans, tables,
chairs, and benches for your comfort to shade you from the hot
summer fun. Perfect for mealtime and guests!
Limited lifeguard hours (restrictions apply for
unaccompanied children)
Snack bar available for your convenience, including
microwave and refrigerator. |

2012 Club Events:
Summer is time to think of a place to
swim and relax. The Forest Hills pool is one of the nicest in the area
and is surrounded by trees with a nice pavilion included. Rates are
very reasonable. Enjoy the summer months by joining the pool.
2012 Rates:
Family = $395.00
Senior = $200.00*
Single = $275.00**

Senior household is defined
as the household of any person over the age of 60, including spouse, but
not to include any children or other adults living in the house.
** A qualifying
Single household is any
single person under the age of 60, not to include any other person or
child living in the house.

Payment plans must be paid in full before the pool officially opens on
Memorial Day Weekend. Payments must be a minimum of $100 dollars per
month.
